Half-body character concept of Caramel, an male original anthropomorphic half-hyena pirate (approximately 55% spotted hyena, 45% human). Caramel has a lean, athletic build with digitigrade legs (if visible), large expressive spotted hyena ears, a short fluffy hyena nub tail, a pronounced hyena muzzle (snoot) with a realistic black animal nose, sharp canine teeth with one fang subtly protruding, light freckles, amber-gold eyes with slit pupils, and messy dusty pink hair that falls around the face. Their face should balance human attractiveness with unmistakably animal features—not simply a human with ears. Remove all human ears. Caramel is the feared third-in-command of a notorious pirate crew, serving as the crew's strategist, interrogator, and enforcer rather than the captain. Their expression is calm, cocky, and quietly intimidating, wearing the faint smile of someone who always has a backup plan. Outfit: Stylish rogue-inspired pirate clothing rather than a captain's uniform. A weathered high-collared long coat with crimson lining, layered black leather harnesses, belts crossing the torso, fitted dark vest, open shirt, fingerless gloves, reinforced trousers, tall worn pirate boots, utility pouches, rope, hooks, and practical sailing gear. Ornate enough to show status, but clearly built for movement and combat. Rich burgundy, black, charcoal, dark leather brown, and antique brass accents with subtle hyena fur trim around the collar and cuffs. No captain's hat, no oversized epaulettes, no royal military aesthetic.
