Payment FAQ
Dopamine Girl uses prepaid credit for paid tools. There is no recurring subscription. Before submitting a generation, review its settings and the current pricing page.
Credits and prices
Where can I see my balance and expiry dates?
Open Billing Overview. It shows your available balance and each credit wallet's expiration date. Purchased credits expire 365 days after purchase.
What will a generation cost?
The pricing page lists current USD prices by feature. The cost can depend on the model, output size, duration, number of images, steps, and references. Some image models use fixed sampling settings; others have step-based pricing. Review the tool's settings and any price notes before submitting.
Where can I see what used my credit?
Open Credit Usage for the credit transaction list. Billing History shows successful purchases recorded in the past 12 months. Those pages answer different questions: credit usage tracks spending, while billing history tracks purchases.
Adding credit
How do I top up?
Open Top up credits, enter an amount allowed by the form, and choose one of the payment methods currently shown there. Use the matching Crypto Payment Guide or Telegram Stars Guide for step-by-step help. Payment options can vary, so use the choices displayed on the checkout page.
I paid but my balance has not changed. What should I check?
Check Billing Overview and Billing History after the payment is confirmed. A pending or partially paid invoice may need more time or manual review. Do not make another payment just because the first one has not yet appeared. Keep the payment reference or transaction hash and contact support if it remains unresolved.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Billing History shows the purchase reference, method, amount, and date for successful purchases in the last 12 months. If you need a formal receipt or an older record, contact support with the purchase reference. Do not send card details, wallet secrets, or passwords.
