Manage uploaded assets
Assets are uploaded files you can reuse as inputs. Generated results are found through History; uploading a file does not run a generation.
Try it
- Open Asset Management.
- Select Upload and choose a file supported by the upload dialog.
- Wait for the upload to finish, then give the asset a recognizable title using its editing controls.
- Open a tool such as Magic Edit. In its input picker, select the asset rather than uploading another copy.
- Review the selected input and crop before submitting the job.
For example, upload a product photo once, then reuse it for an edit and a background-removal job.
Find files later
Search assets by title and use the Newest, Oldest, or Last used sort controls. If an item seems missing, check the All / Private / Public visibility filter. A file being present in your library does not make it valid for every tool: an image input needs an image, while video workflows may require an MP4.
Before deleting
Keep your own backup of important source files. Read the deletion confirmation and avoid deleting files you still need as references. Asset management and the public/private setting on a generated result are separate workflows.
Next steps
Caption an image, remove its background, or organize generated results in collections.
