Upscale an image

Make an image larger before downloading or continuing your project. Upscaling can improve presentation, but cannot guarantee accurate recovery of missing details.

Try it

  1. Open Image Upscale.
  2. Upload or pick an image. Adjust its crop if needed.
  3. In Upscale settings, choose the Upscale factor. Start with 2× when available.
  4. Compare the input and output dimensions. The available range depends on your image; output must fit within 5120×5120 pixels.
  5. Review Private generation and pricing, then submit.
  6. Open the completed image in Results and download it. On a phone, switch to the Results tab.

For example, enlarging a 1024×1024 image by 2× produces a 2048×2048 image. Inspect faces, lettering, and fine textures at full size before using it.

If the size you want is unavailable

Choose a smaller factor or a smaller crop. Use resize and crop if you need an exact delivery size rather than AI enlargement. Enlarging repeatedly may introduce artifacts; return to the original input for comparisons.

Next steps

Edit the image, animate it, or find it again in your history.
