Turn an image into a description
Use Caption Image to draft a description you can review and reuse. Captions can miss details or invent them, so compare the text with the actual image.
Try it
- Open Caption Image.
- Upload an image or choose one from your assets.
- Choose the caption style in Settings. Start with a provided style; choose Custom for your own request and optional system instructions.
- Review Private Mode and the current pricing.
- Select Generate caption, then open Results to read and copy the description.
For a landscape, a custom request could be:
Describe the scenery, camera framing, colors, and lighting in one short paragraph. Do not guess the location.
Reuse the result
Remove incorrect details, then adapt the description for your goal. A caption describes what exists; a generation prompt should describe what you want to create. Add the intended composition or style before using it in image generation.
If the description is too vague
Use Custom and ask for the details you need, such as clothing, lighting, or object placement. Avoid relying on captions to identify a person or read small text accurately.
