Pay with Cryptocurrency

This guide explains how to get cryptocurrency and use it to top up credits. Dopamine Girl creates a payment invoice through its checkout provider; the invoice is the authority for the supported coin, network, address, amount, and deadline. Available options can change.

Create an invoice

  1. Sign in and open Top up credits.
  2. Select Crypto, enter an amount accepted by the form, and select Pay Now.
  3. On the invoice, choose a coin and network that your sending wallet supports. Read the exact amount, destination address, and any memo or destination tag shown there.

Do not reuse an address from an earlier invoice. Keep the new invoice open until you have checked the transfer details.

Buying through PayPal? Follow PayPal and PYUSD first. Using a voucher? Read Bitcoin gift cards before buying or redeeming one.

New to cryptocurrency?

You can ask an AI assistant such as ChatGPT how to buy cryptocurrency in your country. For example, ask: “How can I buy cryptocurrency in [my country] and send it to pay an invoice? Compare Binance, Coinbase, and Strike for availability, payment methods, fees, withdrawal limits, and supported coins and networks. Link to current official instructions.” Check the answer against the provider's current instructions and your local rules before buying or sending.

Places to look include Binance, Coinbase, and Strike. Their services vary by country. Strike focuses on Bitcoin, so use it only if the invoice offers Bitcoin on a network Strike can send to. Whichever service you choose, make sure it lets you send the exact coin and network shown on your invoice.

Send the payment

  1. In your wallet or exchange, choose Send or Withdraw.
  2. Select the same coin and network as the invoice. A token name alone does not identify its network.
  3. Copy the address from the invoice. If it displays a memo or tag, include that too.
  4. Enter the invoice's requested amount. Check whether your wallet deducts network fees from the amount sent.
  5. Compare the destination and network one last time, then confirm.

Sending the wrong asset, network, amount, or memo can delay or prevent automatic crediting. The checkout provider's payment FAQ explains common mismatches. If you are unsure about any field, stop before sending and ask your wallet provider or Dopamine Girl support.

Check the result

Keep the invoice link and transaction hash (TXID). Once the payment is confirmed and credited, check Billing Overview for the balance and Billing History for the purchase record.

If the transfer is confirmed on the network but your balance has not changed, contact tony@dopaminegirl.com with your account name, invoice or payment ID, coin and network, amount, transaction hash, and approximate time. Do not send a seed phrase, private key, or account password.

Troubleshoot a payment

Start with the invoice ID and transaction hash (TXID). A wallet balance decrease alone does not show which invoice was paid.

What you seeWhat to do
The wallet cannot sendCheck its available balance, transfer minimum, account restrictions, and fees. For PayPal, use the dedicated checks. Do not change the invoice amount to bypass a limit.
Waiting, with no transaction hashCheck whether the wallet actually submitted a transfer. If it did not and the invoice expired, create a new invoice and use its current details.
Confirming or confirmedCompare the hash and network with the invoice. Blockchain confirmations and provider processing can take time; do not send again while the first payment is pending.
Partially paidCompare the received amount with the invoice; withdrawal fees or an incorrect amount may leave a shortfall. Ask support for the next step before sending more to that address.
Expired after I sent fundsKeep the invoice and hash, then contact support. Do not assume the funds disappeared or send them a second time.
Wrong coin, network, address, or missing memoStop further transfers and contact NOWPayments/Dopamine Girl support with the full transaction details. Recovery depends on the destination and provider; it is not guaranteed.
Finished, but no Dopamine Girl creditsCheck that you are signed in to the account that created the invoice, then review Billing Overview and History. Send support the invoice ID and hash if the balance is still missing.
Failed or refundedRead the provider's details and confirm the actual funds/refund status before creating another payment.

NOWPayments explains its payment statuses and payment-error support options. An expired invoice is not permission to reuse an old address; obtain support instructions for an already-sent payment. There is no guaranteed confirmation or refund time in this guide.

Ask the right support team

Use your wallet provider for a transfer that was never submitted. Use NOWPayments support for invoice detection, processing, or recovery, and tony@dopaminegirl.com for matching a payment to your account or investigating missing credits. Send the invoice ID, TXID, asset/network, amount, timestamp, exact error, and a redacted screenshot. Keep a single thread for follow-up.

You can also use Telegram Stars if that payment method suits you better.
